Flat Stanley has had a wonderful time in Pendoylan and the children have been showing him around. We have also written letters to Anam's cousin explaining all the interesting things  Flat Stanley has been learning.

Mexican Masks

As part of our topic on Mexico we have been looking at the Horta's family business - making masks. We have also looked at a Welsh artist, Alison Mercer's designs inspired by Mexican culture. Here are our mexican masks-

In class one we have been writing riddles about Minibeasts. Can you guess what minibeats we have been writing about?

What am I?
I have colourful and delicate wings.
I taste with my feet.
I come out in Spring.
If you press down hard on my wing your finger will go through.
I do not have a mouth.
